Brand Name for your WIX Site / Shopify Store

Email Address associated with your WIX or SHOPIFY account (upon completion of your site design, ownership of the site will be transferred over to the said account.

If you don’t have a WIX/SHOPIFY account, please create one; as you will need an account and plan to retrieve ownership of your site.

WIX or SHOPIFY plan: Select the plan that best fits your brands needs. Should you need assistance with this step, please advise.

This service package does not include your domain name (website address) + hosting fees. You must purchase this separately, before your website can go live. Should you need assistance with this step, please advise.

Wording/Verbiage + Content needed to complete the website design (i.e About Information, Product Names, Pricing + Description, Shipping Prices, FAQs + Policies. All Text/Wording MUST be modifiable / typed / able to be edited and or copied. PLEASE DO NOT submit screenshots, pictures or handwritten documents.

Purchases are non-refundable; unless the designer cancels the project. Please read on for the exception clause.

Due to the detail and extensive time needed for prepping and planning each design project; along with the time involved in the actual design process, we have implemented a strict no refund policy.

Because of this, prior to beginning the design process, we take the necessary steps (i.e Design Questionnaire, Consultation, etc. ) to ensure that we understand our clients vision; in an effort to prevent any miscommunication throughout the process. Our packages include 3 rounds of revisions with our design services, so that we are able to take on clients feedback and make the requested modifications in each of those revisions.

If after the revisions our client is not satisfied, we do offer the option to add further revisions for an addtional cost.

Due to the intensity of the process associated with designing, we advise all potential clients to take their time when considering the partnership, before agreeing to move forward. We do however; allow a 72 hour grace period; specifically for Web Design Services or Packages over $500, where the client can cancel the said projects and receive a 75% refund.

Please Note: If the project is canceled or transferred, no final design files from that project will be delivered, and all drafts will remain property of I Smith + Company.

This same refund policy applies across the board, should the client decide to terminate the project for any reason after the design process has begun.

If a client desires to cancel their order PRIOR TO THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGNINNG, they can transfer the balance to another project in house, or opt for a full refund; minus a $75 processing fee.
