PROJECT DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL ALL CONTENT + INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Prior to beginning projects, we take the necessary steps (i.e Web Design Questionnaire + Consultation; being a couple of those steps) to ensure that we understand our clients vision, in an effort to prevent any miscommunication throughout the process. The package includes 3 rounds of revisions with our design services, so that we can take on clients feedback and make the requested modifications in each of those revisions.

If after the revisions our clients are not satisfied, we offer the option to add further revisions for an addtional cost. However, should our client desire to cancel the project at that time, the 50% of the total cost is non-refundable, while the remaining 50% balance can be refunded or transferred to another in house project.

Please Note: If the project is canceled or transferred, no final design files from that project will be delivered, and all drafts will remain property of I Smith + Company.

This same refund policy applies across the board, should the client decide to terminate the project for any reason after the design process has begun.

If a client desires to cancel their order PRIOR TO THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGNINNG, they can transfer the balance to another project in house, or opt for a full refund; minus a $25 processing fee.
