Service Description

A dedicated 30-minute call for current I Smith + Co clients who need to discuss an active project by phone or Zoom. Use this time for project questions, clarification, feedback, questionnaire follow-up, or anything that would be more helpful to discuss together than through written communication. Routine project communication will continue through the client portal. A few things to know If you select a phone call, please provide the best number to reach you. If you select Zoom, your meeting link will be sent to the email address provided when booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible. Please do not schedule a call while driving or when you are unable to give the conversation your full attention.
